Jennifer joined the clinic in 2021, bringing over 10 years of customer service experience and a lifelong love of animals.  Known for her friendly demeanor and genuine care for both clients and their pets, she strives to make every visit a positive experience. Having grown up surrounded by animals, Jennifer has always had a deep love for them but now shares her home with Ralphie, a rescued Persian cat, who doesn’t quite share the same sentiment. She enjoys tending to her plants, listening to podcasts, rewatching her favourite tv shows, and working on her small business. She also speaks Portuguese and loves connecting with clients in both languages.
