Lonny (Lionel) Goldstein
Lonny (Lionel) Goldstein, BSc, D.V.M. - Dr. Goldstein earned his Bachelor of Science at Michigan State University in 1966 and then graduated from the Ontario Veterinary College (OVC) in Guelph in 1970. He opened the Forest Hill Animal Clinic soon thereafter and has been practicing on Eglinton Avenue since then. In 1975, while continuing to practice general medicine at his clinic, he enrolled at the University of Toronto part time and completed three years of training in an ophthalmology residency program. Throughout the 1980's he gave ophthalmology lectures to veterinarians in Ontario and in New York State. Dr. Goldstein has a special interest in diseases of the eye and sees referral cases from veterinary clinics across the GTA and beyond. He has also held a position as an adjunct professor at the Ontario Veterinary College, Department of Clinical Studies.
